Initial Struggles in Life until You Prove your Value
When you are in the initial stages of transition in life, like new place, new work, new people, and unexpected behaviour, you feel struggled such as failure, undervalued, overlooked, overloaded, which is actually temporary. However, when you are going through these struggles, it seems to be drowning your motivation. To understand the situation and find solutions for overcoming this, it will take some time. But, until and unless you make value to someone or something, these things will continue and become part of your life, and slowly, they fade away. So, the first thought you should hold on when you are going through such struggles is the understanding of its temporary-ness and mental renunciation of the situation and causes of that struggle. Agreed that it is not easy. But it is not impossible.
What should be done: Never respond to these struggles out of emotions. Always search for solutions that sustain for a long-term.
