People talk about stress and how to overcome it. However, those talks never spoke about how to remain feeling not stressed. Passion has that power to overcome any kind of stress that you face in your life. One of the examples for passion wins over stress is the cricket passion of Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar.
The unconditional flow will be expressed only when you are putting cent percent of your mind into something. Here comes the effect of your passion. No matter what will others think about you and your actions, your interest and mindfulness in doing that action matters ultimately. Then, your mind will always try to be in balance even in tough situation.
If you want to be mindful in what you are doing, you should have passion for what you are doing. Passion means unconditional flow of some action without any expectation. Then, all hurdles that you face in your life based on the action you performed is not a matter. You do not feel stress as 'stress', instead, you feel it as an opportunity/catalyst to learn your capacities to continue your journey like a river that split apart after hitting a rock on its midway and flows unconditionally until it merges with ocean.
If you feel stress, then, you need to introspect about what is your passion and take initial steps to following your passion slowly. Thus, eradicate your stress and know your true potential.
