Overcoming Stress Through Writing
Stress can be caused by overthinking about past experiences, reaction that you get from people around you as a result of your expression of thoughts, ideas, or doubts and actions. You feel like why I didn't think whether it is appropriate at this point of context to express my thoughts, ideas, or doubts. You can reach to a stage of confusion whether to express or suppress the thoughts, ideas, and doubts. This is where writing play a major role in pour out your thoughts, ideas or doubts and relieve your mind especially writing to yourself. At the same time, it is not an active expression, since you are not addressing anyone or anything until and unless you show your writing to people.
So, writing can become a good tool of expression only for relieving your mind. It can be a reference manual for yourself.
Activity: Let's practice expressing thoughts, ideas, doubts and action plan, process and review through diary writing as form of self-communication.
